Draft Concept Plan

A Draft Concept Plan is the first stage in the design process.

This is a basic diagrammatic overview of the design proposal and will vary in detail depending on the project.

For smaller domestic and DIY projects, the draft concept plan is often all that is required. It will give you enough direction to base your project on, however there will always be decisions and changes to be made along the way.

For larger projects the draft concept plan is an initial guide only. Clients are then encouraged to give us some feedback before we proceed to a landscape concept plan.
