Certificate of Compliance

We offer an independent Compliance inspection service.

We will inspect your completed landscape works are in accordance with approved council plans and issue a certificate of compliance for council sign off.

You will need to supply us with a copy of your council approved plans along with any Conditions of Development Consent Council has attached.

Our fee for this service (depending on the scale of the installation) ranges from $200 – $250 in metropolitan Sydney.
